See links on Peter (Pete) Seeger (1919-2014), who died on January 27, was a living legend, as a folk music banjo player since the 30'ies, as the author or co-author of a number of classical song and as a political activist in seven decades, supporting unions, strikes, civil right movement, anti war and environmentalism.
