All are welcome to a CINEFOOD event at Folkets Hus this Wednesday, the 14th of October. 

The event is twofold: folkekøkken at 18.30 and screening of a movie at 19.00

Denmark 2015. The nation is in danger: reform a.k.a. throw the lazy people out of the welfare, bring more police, rationalize a.k.a. cut the social funding, close the borders.

How could a dystopic projection of the current Denmark be? What could happen if the process of social elimination surpasses the borders around refugees and migrants and also takes other forms than deportation? What could happen if the views on non-productive bodies and social parasites become determinants of the state's policies and common sense reality?

In such a not-so-distant future the consequences of the Danish government’s new policy that aims to secure the survival of the country are revealed. According to this policy, people who have received more than what they have contributed to society are considered as expendables and are targeted for elimination. 

The movie could be considered as either fictional or rationally prophetical. And it is us who will determine it.
