An urban walk through the district of Nørrebro - the presence of past struggles?

As part of the Social Context conference in Copenhagen Jakob Jakobsen will guide an urban walk through the district of Nørrebro. The walk will focus on the urban development of the area in light of the numerous historical struggles that characterize this traditionally working class neighborhood, struggles that are still on-going relating to the push for gentrification that haunts Nørrebro at present.

We will start at 16.00 at Skt Hans Torv, 2200 Nørrebro, Copenhagen. In English
